Haven Bay First Day

Haven Bay First Day

‍Haven Bay Elementary

Dear Parents,

It was so great to see all of you tonight at our Back to School Night.  We want to make sure our start goes as smooth as possible so one more reminder about school and buses tomorrow.

-School begins at 8:30 and releases at 12:20 all 3 days this week.

-Hopefully you have checked bus stops which will have times and bus numbers.  Reminder there is a Kanesville bus (2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades) and a Hooper bus (K, 1st, and 6th).  These buses will be labeled with the school they will be going to and the grade levels.  Kanesville has 5 buses and Hooper has 4 buses.  Teachers and staff will walk students out at the end of the day to get on the buses.  Please make sure your children are aware ahead of time if they are riding the bus or how they are getting home.  If for some reason you can't see the bus stop information for your address please let us know so we can get you in contact with the correct people.

-Remind students when the bell rings at 8:30 at Hooper (K, 1, 6) they will line up on the west basketball courts near the red bike racks. At Kanesville (2, 3, 4, 5) when the bell rings students will be meet by the north fence on the west field. Teachers and staff will meet them there and be wearing Haven Bay shirts. Students will meet in these locations only on the first day and following days teachers will show students where to meet them in the morning. Please reach out to Robyn at Hooper or Maurie at Kanesville if you have any questions.

Sincerely,
