The Best Part of My Job

I am extremely excited to be at Haven Bay in this awesome community. Having grown up nearby, I am excited to be in familiar territory. I find great joy in guiding young minds. Each day, I have the privilege of inspiring and nurturing my students' curiosity and creativity. Witnessing their excitement when they grasp new concepts or overcome social and emotional challenges is incredibly fulfilling. Teaching is more than a profession; it's a calling that allows me to make a meaningful impact on the academic, social, and emotional growth of the next generation.

My Favorites

  • Favorite food - smoked brisket
  • Favorite color - turquoise
  • Favorite candy- black Licorice
  • Favorite music- classic rock and classic country

For Fun

  • Hanging out with my family which include my wife and 3 young daughters
  • Camping
  • Fishing
  • Sports (basketball, football, soccer, pickleball, cornhole)

Random Facts

  • I may have the best rooster call in all the area.
  • I love driving tractors, the bigger the better.
  • I was a soccer goalie in my high school glory days.
  • Corn hole and football on the beach at Bear Lake is the best thing ever.
  • In my humble opinion, a meal is not complete unless it has onions in it and it ends with a big slice of cheescake.
