Trust Lands Plan
2024-2025
2024 – 2025 Trust Lands Plan
Goal 1 - Reading
- 65% of students will achieve typical or above growth on the Acadience reading assessment from beginning to end of the 2024-25 school
year.
Identify the measurement(s) you will use to determine if you are making progress towards the goal.
- The 2024-25 school year will be our first year as a school so we don't have existing data. Next year, our council will regularly review BOY, MOY and EOY school Acadience reading data. Improvement and progress in students' ability to read fluently and comprehend text is a critical academic need. Our council has decided to use the Acadience data as an indicator because it is a consistent statewide tool that provides a way to gauge the growth and progress students are making in their reading. The Acadience assessment is given K-6th three times per year along with progress monitoring throughout the school year.
Outline the steps of the action plan to reach this goal.
