Step right up, Haven Bay Elementary family! 🎪 The school cafeteria transformed into the greatest show on earth as our students and staff enthusiastically celebrated National School Lunch Week under this year's thrilling theme, "Cafeteria Circus." Laughter and excitement filled the air as our young Herons gathered to enjoy nutritious, delicious meals served up with a spectacular side of big-top fun. From festive decorations to high-flying smiles, the week was a wonderful showcase of how Haven Bay turns everyday lunchtime into an unforgettable adventure for our students.
The magic reached a whole new peak when Genina Walton from the District Child Nutrition Office paid a special visit to our roost. Ms. Walton brought extra joy to the big top by handing out fantastic prizes to every single student who joined in the festivities. Seeing the proud faces of our Herons as they received their awards was a heart-warming highlight for our entire school community, proving that staying healthy and well-nourished is always something worth celebrating together! 🎈
This festive week is just one of the many incredible things happening every day at Haven Bay Elementary School. Our dedicated Child Nutrition team and staff work tirelessly to create a joyful, welcoming environment where students are energized and ready to soar in the classroom. Thank you to Ms. Walton, our district leaders, and our amazing Haven Bay families for supporting such wonderful events—our Herons truly know how to make school spirit fly high! 🦅
